About teen sleep

📌Adolescents need an average of eight hours of sleep a night for high-performance recovery.  It is desirable at the same time, until  22:00

To find out the link between sleep "grades", Calla Wallstrեմm of the University of Minnesota surveyed 7,000 high school students.

➡️It turned out that the excellent ones slept on average 15 minutes more than those who studied percussion, and those who slept less than 15 minutes had a good grade.

➡️These data are consistent with research from other leading universities.  Even a difference of 15 minutes of sleep has a significant effect on the adolescent's academic progress and focus.
