  📌Did you know that sleep deprivation is on the child's progress in school, on concentration, on the growth nervous system?
 
  ❗️It turns out that lack of sleep for a minute can negatively affect the child's progress.  Le Bourgeois, a scientist at the University of Marseilles, has proven in his research that lack of sleep is directly related to the results of the IQ test.
 
  ❗️Paul Suratt of the University of Virginia has studied how sleep deprivation can affect elementary school vocabulary.  It turned out that in case of lack of sleep, the test results go down by 7 points, which is a serious result.
 
  ➡️Can we say that the lack of sleep immediately said on school necessity?  And the primary school student sleeps an average of 10 hours.  We present the scale of necessary sleep hours with pictures.
